www.savasanamassageandwellbeing.com Yoga for me is like magic, I can go to my mat feeling low and anxious and I come out feeling light, energised, and ready to face what ever life has to throw at me. Through the movements we do, we release negative energy, clear blockages, and promote the natural flow of prana throughout our whole body. Ayurvedic massage works in a similar way and is often called ‘yoga massage’, but instead of movement, we use touch. Ayurvedic massage is classed as holistic healing and we adjust the treatment to each individual person.
