Our free peer-to-peer talking groups are here for any man 18+ who needs a safe, non-judgemental space to talk.

They run every Monday 7-9PM (excluding bank holidays). Why not come along and give them a go?

If you need urgent help or are at risk of harming yourself please contact the emergency services.

Not sure if you’re ready to talk? You’re still welcome to come along to our groups. ❤️

The ‘talking ball’ at our groups is great for making sure that guys never feel any pressure to talk. The ball gets passed to each guy when it’s their turn to talk, if you’re not ready, simply pass it along.

You can take it all at your own pace.

A new record number of attendees. Not only is that 6507 men getting support. That’s potentially 6507 partners, parents, friends, and families of these men all seeing the benefit of AMC. All getting to spend another day with their loved ones.❤️

🚨 AMAZING NUMBERS 🚨

Last night 6106 men walked through the doors of ANDYSMANCLUB.
562 of them came for the very first time.

That’s 6106 men who decided to open up instead of bottle it in.
6106 men who chose to talk instead of suffer in silence.
6106 men who might not have been here today if it wasn’t for a safe space to say:
👉 “It’s okay to talk.”

Every single number represents a life, a family, a set of mates, a workplace, a community.

We don’t take this lightly.
We don’t celebrate numbers, we celebrate conversation had, ws celebrate lives being changed, we celebrate lives being saved.

From 1 room in Halifax to 300+ groups across the UK, the movement is growing because men are realising they don’t have to fight their battles alone.

💙 To every facilitator, volunteer, and supporter: THANK YOU.

💙 To the 6,106 men who showed up last night: YOU ARE THE MOVEMENT.

This isn’t just a number.
This is hope.
This is change.
This is men’s mental health history being rewritten.
