✨ New Year, New Beginnings ✨
As we step towards a brand new year, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself — especially for those who are new here.
I’m Claire, and I’ve spent 35 years in the fitness and wellbeing world, helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own bodies and minds.
Something I’m incredibly proud of is the community we’ve built over the last few years. Amazing people showing up every week to class and what started as classes has turned into friendships.. We walk together, go away for weekends, laugh together, cry together, and always have each other’s backs. It honestly means the world to me 🫶
Alongside fitness, I’m also a qualified Hypnotherapist, supporting people with challenges such as: Anxiety & depression, Addictions, Weight loss, Phobias, Menopause symptoms and much, much more — because true wellbeing is about mind and body.
