Tired legs - yesterday I had a client in that had tired, aching legs and initially I noticed a build up of fluid in the lower legs. This would decrease circulation too.
Just look at the difference in the left and right calf after I had massaged the left, a huge reduction in swelling and water retention.
Sports massage isn’t just for active people it is for anyone that has tight tired muscles, for anyone that wants to feel well and live life to the fullest.

You can now claim the cost of your sports massage back from certain health and insurance policies.

A few weeks ago I became a member of FHT and I have a membership number so you can now find me on the register of approved therapists. You have to apply for this membership and be vetted before being accepted.

On April 18th I am taking part in a white collar boxing event, I am training hard and I am very focused. I’m using this opportunity to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation as a few years ago I lost a very dear friend to su***de. My charity fund is doing well but I’d like to make it better if I can, raising money is as important to me as getting in the ring!
If any of you can donate a few pounds it would be greatly appreciated.

Lots of running events and two significant marathons are just around the corner. Runners are increasing distance to serious numbers now ahead of the taper and legs will be feeling tired, tight and overworked.
