I want to take a moment to recognise the incredible women I have the privilege of working with every day.

🌻The women navigating fertility journeys — often quietly carrying hope, grief, and resilience all at once
🌻The women growing new life during pregnancy
🌻The mothers healing and rediscovering themselves in the postpartum months
🌻The girls navigating the first months of their periods
🌻 The women living daily with chronic conditions like endometriosis and PCOS
🌻 The women with PMDD
🌻 The perimenopausal and menopausal through their transformation to their wild woman years
🌻 The women with osteoporosis
🌻 and the women living with related symptoms who due to lack of research are often misunderstood

Your strength, patience and determination inspire me daily. It the gift that keeps on giving 😉
Supporting you through these seasons of change is an honour.

Today is about celebrating women — but also acknowledging the very real journeys so many of you are walking.
