Can you believe how bare it looks and how we’ve now got sooo much kit for every style of training to even having to extend next door .

We are so blessed and blooming love it 💪🏻

CHARITY CIRCUITS CLASS for the amazing St Andrews Hospice .

We want to do this charity event for one of our very own .. Helene Dunk 🌻

Helene is a beautiful lady who came to work at GRIMS as a PT in our very first year .. Helene came in here with nerves and a little jaded from previous places but by eck does she make us laugh .. full of bounce laughter a heart of gold and a real salt of the earth women . We know she has such a fantastic following of clients and friends who know just how AMAZING she is . 🌻 and if you didn’t get the chance to meet her take it from us just how wonderful she is .

Helene had to leave Grims for a while to take care of her family but life has taken a different path for our beautiful friend . Helene now is in St Andrews hospice and of course being the most thoughtful and caring person she is ,this is to give her amazing husband a rest. The hospice is an incredible place with incredible people helping both Helene and her family as well as all the other families they have helped through their fantastic service .Helene will go back home where she will spend the rest of her time surrounded by those she loves . Our amazing strong Helene has been stricken with cancer that is only being treated with pain management .

So we want to throw an awesome charity circuit class for our Helene . We are going to do it next Saturday the 8th march and hopefully raise as much as we can for such a worthy cause .

Helene is and always will be a huge part of GRIMS !!…. Let’s go wild and have a blast for our amazing beautiful strong Helene . 🌻
