As we all know, the world continues to experience outbreaks of COVID and now Flu.
With this post pandemic situation, it is likely that many of us will be suffering from anxiety due to being afraid of catching the virus, or being worried about our loved ones wellbeing.
The key thing to remember is that although you may feel alone or isolated you are not the only one feeling this way.
3 coping strategies...
1. Reach out to your friends or family members - phone calls and video calls are great ways to feel like you are all in the same room.
2. When you find yourself struggling, there is a temptation to lock yourself away and isolate yourself further. Try and make positive use of your free time either through new hobbies or by attending networking groups.
3. Get outdoors, just once a day can help and the fresh air will instantly lift your mood!
