‘I’m scared of putting weight on’ - I hear this a lot.
The goal in this client’s journey is to build muscle, look leaner, shape up and feel more confident and comfortable. In this case, it’s inevitable that she would see some scale ‘weight gain’. My client needed to engage in a ‘bulk’ phase before moving into a lean cut, which is starting soon. Should her scale ‘weight gain’ be seen as a negative part of the process? Absolutely not!
