One thing that really helps over a busy weekend is structure.
Take a few minutes to plan ahead. Choose your products, decide on meals if you’re on Step 2 or higher, and pop some water in the fridge so it’s ready to go.
And if the rest of the weekend looks busy, try to carve out a little quiet time for yourself too.
A bit of planning now makes everything feel easier later.
