This qualification is aimed at those who wish to become first-aiders in the workplace. This qualification meets the requirements for training first-aiders in those organisations that have identified that staff need to be trained to this level within their first-aid needs assessment.
This qualification is assessed by a practical demonstration and a multiple-choice theory test. Its a 3 day course that is valid for 3 years.

This level 3 qualification has been developed for managers and supervisors in small, medium or large catering, manufacturing or retail businesses.
It is particularly relevant for those who have the responsibility to develop or monitor
HAACP based food safety management procedures and systems in accordance with Regulation (EC) 852/2004.
It is a 3 day course covering:
Legislation
Supervisory Management
Temperature control (chilling and cooking)
Cleaning
Contamination control
Applying and monitoring good hygiene practices
Implementing good food safety procedures
