From September, I’ll be aligning treatment prices across both of my work locations – Tickenham (previously Clevedon) and Frome.

This means there will be a small increase for some treatments in Tickenham. Please rest assured, any sessions already booked or made before 1st September will remain at the current rate. ☺️

I’ve chosen to make this change to keep pricing consistent across both locations and to reflect the beautiful upgrade in my Tickenham space ✨

Foot Reflexology is where it all began — and I’ll never tire of hearing how much benefit it has brought to my client’s lives 🤍

At its simplest, reflexology is known to relax, restore, improve sleep, and ease stress. But as I see time and time again, it’s capable of so much more! ✨

By guiding the nervous system into ‘rest and digest’ mode, reflexology creates the conditions the body needs to self-heal — giving it space to focus on all the important processes that keep you balanced and well 🌿

I’m also trained in Maternity and Reproductive Reflexology, as I have a particular passion for supporting women’s health 🌸

I provide Facial Reflexology too — working on similar principles, it’s just as powerful and incredibly relaxing. In fact, my most popular treatment is a blissful foot/facial combo! 💆‍♀️

Hello I’m Jo, the face (and hands) behind Rewild Reflexology! 🥰

I started this work because I’m passionate about the body’s ability to heal itself when given the space and support to do so. My treatments are rooted in both science and intuition. ✨

If you’re wondering where my practice is based, I spend the first half the week working from my hometown Clevedon, and the other half the week from Frome - where my partner lives. 🏡

Here are 5 other things you may not know about me:

1. I studied art and photography and spent several years exhibiting at solo and group shows! My main focus was exploring the human psyche 🧠

2. In my mid–late 20s, I worked as a live-in PA for a Uni student who became a quadriplegic following a gymnastics accident. It was an unforgettable experience and even took me all the way to Florida! 🌍

3. My happy place is generally outdoors (with snacks)! I love a long walk, cold water swim or National Trust! I’ve recently started painting again in the evenings which I find very relaxing. 🎨

4. I’ve got some new training lined up and I’m SO excited to add it into the mix. Watch this space… 📚

5. I’m currently in full wedding planning mode! 💍
