The team in Clevedon provide bespoke care packages in Clevedon and the surrounding area to ensure that you receive care that is perfect for your needs. Our Home Care in Clevedon team provide services in the local area including Kenn, Portbury, Portishead, Tickenham and Weston in Gordano, with the aim of keeping you safe and well in the comfort of your own home. We can support with personal care, shopping, cleaning, laundry, preparing meals and running errands, as well as more complex care needs such as continence care, hoisted transfers and PEG feeding. Whether you need assistance a couple of times a week from an hourly visiting carer or round the clock from a live in carer, we'll work with you to find the right level of care for you. All of our carers are fully trained by our in house instructors, ensuring they have the right skills to look after you.

At Helping Hands, we love celebrating the incredible people who make a real difference every day. Today, we’re proud to share Adyanna’s story - one of passion, purpose, and a genuine commitment to person-centered care.

“Growing up, care was always part of my world. My Nana was a carer for the council, and my mum has worked in care for over a decade. Watching their dedication left a lasting impression on me. I started working in care just before turning 17, alongside my mum while still in college, and I haven’t looked back since.”

Adyanna joined Helping Hands in March 2024 at just 19 years old and has been making an incredible impact ever since.

“What I enjoy most is getting to know each client’s routine and personal preferences. There’s something incredibly meaningful about being able to brighten someone’s day - even more so knowing that we might be the only friendly face they see. That motivates me to always deliver the highest standard of person-centered care.
