I have a few spaces available for my Beltane Women’s Circle this May 🌿

Beltane is a powerful time of fertility, passion, creation, and new beginnings—a celebration of life force energy and the blooming of all that has been quietly growing within you.

Joining a women’s circle is a beautiful way to connect with other women, no matter your age or background. Each of us walks a unique path, yet so much of what we feel and experience is shared. Circle is a space to honour where you are, gently process your past, and open to where you’re being called next.

In a warm, non-judgemental and supportive space, we gather to share stories, thoughts, and emotions. So many women move through life feeling alone—but when we sit together and speak honestly, we remember how deeply connected we truly are.

This is a space where you can exhale.A space to be seen, heard, and held.A space where there is no competition—only support, compassion, and connection.

Together we’ll share tears, laughter, reflection, and joy. My circles include gentle rituals, heart-led practices, cacao, herbal teas, and exploration of the feminine through archetypes, myth, and seasonal energy.

🌿 Come Home to Yourself: An 8-Week Yoga & Nervous System Healing Journey

There comes a point where pushing through no longer works.

Where you’re tired of holding it all together.
Tired of overthinking.
Tired of feeling disconnected—from your body, your needs, your truth.

This is a gentle, therapeutic 8-week journey for women who are ready to:
Regulate a constantly overwhelmed nervous system
Release emotional tension held in the body
Reconnect with themselves after burnout, heartbreak, or years of putting others first

Each week, you’ll be guided through:

Not all healing happens in a room full of people.

Some of it happens quietly.
In the spaces where no one is watching.
Where nothing is expected of you.

You don’t have to be flexible.
You don’t have to be confident.
You don’t even have to know what you’re feeling.

You just have to arrive.

Happy international woman’s Day ❤️

Today isn’t just about celebrating women.
It’s about recognising the quiet courage it takes to become one.

The courage to feel deeply in a world that often asks us to numb.
The courage to walk away from places where our hearts are not met.
The courage to rebuild ourselves after love, loss, betrayal, and silence.

Every woman I work with carries a story of survival that the world rarely sees.

A moment she chose herself.
A boundary she finally spoke.
A truth she stopped apologising for.

This is how women change the world — not only through loud victories, but through the private revolutions of the heart.

So today I honour the women who are healing.
The women who are leaving.
The women who are beginning again.

Because when a woman reclaims her voice,
she doesn’t just transform her own life —
she changes the story for every woman who comes after her.

My journey from becoming a girl to a woman was really difficult for me emotionally and mentally I struggled and added layers of trauma to my existing trauma it took me many years to understand and unravel. It’s a forever lifelong journey but one of the reasons I became a therapist was to help girls like me find their woman inside. ❤️

💔 Working Therapeutically With Trauma Bonds

Why is it so hard to let go — even when you know the relationship wasn’t healthy?

If you feel stuck in a cycle of intense attachment, longing, and confusion, you may be experiencing a trauma bond.

Trauma bonds form when love and distress become intertwined. They are not a sign of weakness — they are rooted in attachment patterns and nervous system conditioning.

In private one-to-one sessions, we work gently and clinically to:

• Understand the psychology behind the bond
• Break the cycle of intermittent reinforcement
• Regulate attachment activation
• Rebuild self-trust and boundaries
• Move from familiarity to emotional safety

This is not about blame or “just leaving.”
It’s about understanding what’s happening inside you — and changing it at the root.

The father wound isn’t just a concept for me — it’s my lived experience. Five years ago today, I buried my dad, and healing my relationship with that loss has shaped my life, my work, and my calling.
I now support women to heal their father complex, integrate their grief, and come home to themselves.

I grew up with an emotionally unavailable father, survived the wounds it created. Grief cracked me open — and healing rebuilt me.
Today, I guide women through the journey I know in my bones: healing the father wound, reclaiming worth, and choosing emotional truth over silence. This work isn’t academic. It’s personal. It’s lived. And it matters.

The Alchemy of Suffering

Every crisis that breaks us is also an invitation.

A woman becomes herself not by climbing the hierarchy of the father’s world, but by descending into the truth of who she is — messy, intuitive, embodied, and whole.

Reclaiming the Mother Within
When a woman nurtures herself from within, she no longer seeks approval from the father’s world. She becomes her own source of love.

A woman returns from her descent with a deeper truth. She no longer fits the old world, because she has woven a new one inside herself.

Leaving My Father’s House is an online retreat day for women ready to explore emotional separation, inner authority, and conscious femininity through a trauma-aware, embodied lens. The workshop offers space for insight, grief, and reconnection — supporting a shift from inherited roles into self-led presence.

Join me back on the Mat in January 2026

I am going to be guiding you through some deeply somatic yoga asanas and pranayama.
We will start slowly warming up the body and then move deeply into asanas that really evoke emotion. I work deeply in yoga to help with the body mind connection my classes are not a workout more of a work in, to help release tension and emotion. I will bring the tissues.

Yoga is not just a physical practice; it is a quiet conversation with the body where emotions are often held long after the mind has tried to move on. Through breath, slow movement, and stillness, yoga creates a sense of safety that allows suppressed feelings to surface naturally. Hips, chest, jaw, and belly are common places where grief, fear, and unexpressed emotion live, and when these areas soften, emotions can arise without force or analysis.

Emotional release in yoga isn’t something we make happen—it’s something we allow. Tears, sighs, shaking, or a sudden sense of relief are the nervous system discharging what it no longer needs to carry. In this way, yoga becomes a gentle form of healing: not about fixing or pushing through, but about listening, trusting the body’s wisdom, and letting go at a pace that feels kind and contained.
