Are you looking to start or grow a career in care with a company that invests in your training and development? This is a fantastic opportunity to gain full training, including enrolment onto a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care.

You’ll receive three days of classroom training followed by up to two weeks of paid shadowing alongside experienced carers to fully prepare you for the role.

Network Healthcare, a nationwide care provider, is expanding our domiciliary care team across North Somerset.

This role is ideal for drivers who may have no previous care experience but are motivated to build a rewarding career in care.

✨ The Role:
✔️ Full training provided – no experience required
✔️ Morning & evening shifts available (7am–2pm / 4pm–10pm)
✔️ Community-based rounds across:
• Portishead & Pill
• Nailsea & Clevedon
• Weston & Winscombe
✔️ Delivering personal care, medication prompting, meal support, hydration, and light domestic duties

🙌 The Person:
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
• Comfortable travelling between service users during shifts
• Available for full-time or part-time work
• Caring, reliable, and eager to learn
