At Kabbala we offer many varied classes to suit all interests and abilities. Many people feel that they like a mixture of working to develop muscular strength alongside flexibility with an added focus on meditative breathing and relaxation.

At 7.15 pm today and on future Thursdays I shall be teaching what I am calling ‘yogalates’ which is a 75 minute class that seeks to meet those needs.
