100TH CLASS ANNIVERSARY 🎉
Carolyn is the first member of the AKASA community to reach her 100th class anniversary! I asked her what makes her keep coming back to classes and she said:
‘Doing both yoga and dance with Natalie has had a hugely positive effect on both my mental and physical health. I have never consistently done yoga before, but now, I can’t imagine being without it. It has helped my chronic lower back problem improving my strength, stability and flexibility and has put me in touch with my own body and mind in a way I have never experienced before. It’s time for me. It slows me down, makes me pause and I love it. Dance is completely different but it feeds my soul in a similar way. I love that hour on a Tuesday when I feel the pure unadulterated joy of moving to great music. I always leave feeling way better than I did at the beginning. It lifts my mood and I carry that joy into the rest of my week.’
