After a very stressful start with the hall being double booked and another group arriving whilst I was setting up it turned out to be a beautiful evening in Portishead! 💗💗💗
Thank you to the 20 beautiful souls who joined me as we bathed in the healing sound and vibration of all 3 Gongs tonight 💗💗💗
Even though I was the one playing I truly felt the benefit of sound both physically, mentally and emotionally and was feeling calm and relaxed and all the earlier stress forgotten within minutes of starting 💗💗💗
I hope the sound worked its magic for you too! 💗🙏💗

Plans have just been finalised for our first Outdoor Sound Journey and I’m so excited! HeadSpace Healing has joined together with Lakeside Retreats at Plantations Lakes, Kingston Seymour for this lovely event on Monday 22nd September. Join us for a peaceful evening of sound and connection as you cosy up in your own little ‘nest’ (please bring all you need for your own comfort) to be immersed in the healing sound of the Gongs, Crystal bowls, Chimes and Drum accompanied by natures beautiful chorus 💗 After our sound journey we will gather around the fire pit for hot drinks (please bring your favourite mug!) and loving connection 💗
We are limiting numbers to 10 and this way if the weather turns we can still go ahead in the lovely cosy Bell Tent!
Please arrive by 6.45pm for a 7pm start and we aim to finish at 9pm. The space will be open from 6.15pm so if you wish to come a bit earlier to wander and for some quiet time and reflection please feel free to do so 💗
Exchange is £20 as an introductory price and we are able to offer 2 half price concession places for anyone that may need them. Please contact me on 07886 534370 or DM to book your space or if you would like any further information 💗

Making some little treats for our ‘Come Home to Yourself’ event on Saturday - Unfortunately I’ve had a few last minute cancellations so if you fancy trying them and have no plans for Saturday afternoon 2-5pm why not come and join us!
