I am so excited to let you all know that, after a meeting with the lovely Lucy and James today we have finalized the details for our very special Summer Solstice event on Friday the 19th June! 💚
Lakeside Escape really is the most beautiful, calm space surrounded by nature and I am honoured to be a part of their plans for this coming year 💚
Our Celebrating Summer Solstice event runs from 6-9pm but feel free to arrive anytime from 5.30pm. After welcoming you and familiarizing you with our lovely area ‘The Honeycomb Hub’ you are invited to try an introductory Forest Bathing session with Lucy who is a qualified practitioner and will make space to help you to connect with the natural ‘space’ 💚 This will then be followed by our Summer Solstice Sound/Gong Journey where we will settle either inside or outside the Geo Dome (weather dependent!) 💚 As you wrap yourself up in your own little ‘nest’ and set your Solstice intentions, it’s the perfect opportunity for your nervous system to relax, re-set and recharge whilst you let the sounds of the Gongs, Crystal/Tibetan bowls, Drum, Chimes and accompanying birdsong wash over you 💚
We will then gather around the fire pit for a time of Reflection and Connection with hot drinks and snacks to fully ground before you leave 💚
Exchange for this evening is £40 per person and spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment 💚
Please bring with you something comfy to lay on (or a reclining camping chair if preferred), blankets/throws, pillows/cushions, just whatever you need to be comfy and cosy (layers are advised as the weather may turn colder later). Please also bring water and your favourite mug for a hot drink afterwards! 💚

Yesterday evening I was honoured to be invited to host a private Gong Immersion in someone’s beautiful home…..the room was perfect, the sun was shining and we were accompanied by birdsong throughout! It was a small intimate gathering to celebrate a wonderful lady’s birthday all arranged by her lovely daughter in law and son and I couldn’t have wished to have met a more friendly and kind group of people (and their lovely dog and cat who settled down and joined the session too!) This was a beautiful opportunity to gently come back after 6 weeks off and everything felt just perfect! Thank you all for your openness to receive and your wonderful feedback 🌼🙏🌼
I am away 1st-8th May and as soon as I’m back June and July dates will be up and available for booking so keep an eye out for updates, I’m coming back!!

I couldn’t have chosen a better place to be on World Earth Day 🌎 A day in Glastonbury, my happy place, with my singing bowl, climbing the Tor, time in the Chalice Well Peace Gardens, paddling in the healing springs, hugging trees, being totally immersed in nature for the day (I may have slipped in a little retail therapy too!), my idea of heaven! Thank you Mother Earth for all that you are and your constant beautiful grounding presence

Over this weekend I have had to make the very difficult decision to cancel my Gong Immersions for the next couple of months to allow myself time and space to heal 🌼 This has been the hardest decision I’ve had to make since I started my lovely little HeadSpace Community and I am feeling pretty devastated right now but know it is the right thing to do 🌼 I have now been in contact with all those booked in and sorted refunds (please send me your details if you haven’t already done so) so that I can start afresh when I come back 🌼 Your wonderfully kind, messages and words have really supported me in this decision and I am eternally grateful for your continued love and support 🌼 I am hoping to be back sharing healing sound June/July time and will keep you updated on here 🌼 Life throws curveballs at us sometimes and it’s been a real wake up call to never take any of this for granted, but I am just so grateful to know that it is something manageable once I have a plan to go forward 🌼 In the meantime I want to wish you all a peaceful Easter weekend and a wonderful few months until we catch up again 🌼

Just wanted to pop on to share a little update on HeadSpace Healing….after being discharged from hospital on Monday I am home on steroids and slowly regaining strength and my system is starting to settle finally🙏
I still don’t have a definite diagnosis - Crohns/Ulcerative Colitis - and am awaiting further tests and biopsies before I get a more permanent treatment plan so things are still quite up in the air - compared to the last few weeks though this feels manageable!
I wanted to be open about this as a lot of you have already booked and paid for both cancelled and upcoming events. I have 2 events next week in Tickenham and Congresbury and am really hopeful if things continue as they are that I will be able to go ahead with these but will obviously let you know if anything changes. Regarding previously cancelled events, over the next few days I will get in touch with you all individually to sort out refunds or rescheduling for a later date - I have to be honest it does feel a little overwhelming at the moment but I promise I will get you all sorted! Again I want to say thank you for your patience, understanding and truly kind messages and texts. This little community we have built together really does mean the world to me and I can’t wait to be back sharing my love of Sound with you all 💖🙏💖

Sadly HeadSpace Healing has needed to be put on pause again for a short time as I’m back in with our lovely drs and nurses for a while 😌
Huge apologies for all those that have so far been affected by cancelled events and please rest assured I will be in touch very soon again to refund/reschedule. Life is quite up in the air at the moment whilst trying to navigate a way going forward with this extra auto immune condition but I am still keeping positive that I will soon have a workable management plan to support me. Thanks for bearing with me and for your kind messages and I really can’t wait to get back and see all your lovely faces soon! 🥰🥰🥰

Happy Spring Equinox! 🌱A day of perfect balance between light and dark as we move forward into the brighter half of the year! 🌼 A day to celebrate renewal, awakenings and new beginnings 🌱
As some of you may know I have been quite poorly lately but after having a short stay in hospital and finally getting a diagnosis I am now home and just waiting for a plan of action going forward - I won’t go into detail here but just to say thankfully it’s nothing too awful and although I will need to make some lifestyle changes I know it will be perfectly manageable once I have some plans in place. Sadly I have had to cancel our Spring Equinox event for tomorrow as well as last weeks session in Congresbury and I thank you all so much for your understanding as I hate to let people down. Next week we have Portishead and Nailsea and I’m currently very confident they will go ahead as planned.
I have been using my Sounds to help ‘heal’ my mind and my nervous system and feeling more positive each day and this stunning weather has come at just the right time ☀️ Your lovely kind messages have given me a real lift too!
Today on the Spring Equinox my overall feeling is gratitude sprinkled with acceptance ✨🙏✨

I have been quiet on here lately because being totally transparent I have been feeling quite down and poorly over the last month or so and things have been quite up in the air for me whether I would be able to hold my booked sessions 😌 Tonight all was well though and it felt magical to be doing what I LOVE! A full house tonight of beautiful souls with beautiful energy and seeing all your lovely faces gave me a real boost 💖 Thank you for your wonderful feedback and for allowing me the honour to hold space for you in Sound…..When the world outside is going mad we come to our heart space and fill it with LOVE 💗💗💗
