Thank you to the 12 lovely souls who joined me for our special Winter Solstice Immersion! A beautiful afternoon of sound, love and connection 💗 We drank cacao, came to stillness and rested, we connected over intention writing, hot drinks and snacks 💗 We wrote down what we wished to release and leave behind as we approach the longest night of the year and watched them disappear on the special dissolving paper and set new intentions under this beautiful New Moon energy 🌙 What a wonderful last event of 2025! My heart is full and I couldn’t be more grateful for you all 🙏💗🙏

Thank you to all my lovely Nailsea peeps who joined for our last session at Tithe Barn for 2025. A beautiful evening drifting into stillness and rest on the waves of Sound 💗

Huge huge apologies for all who were booked on tonight at Jubilee Hall - I am devastated to have had to let you all down last minute but the door entry system didn’t work and I had no way of getting in and no way to contact anyone from Alliance to come and help! So pleased I managed to get hold of you all before you left home and I will contact each of you again to offer refunds or rescheduling. It was especially frustrating as I had gift bags and mince pies for you all but I promise you will all get your little gift bag even if it is after Christmas. It’s horrible when something like this happens but your kind messages and understanding meant so much - Thank you and I wish you all a Wonderful Christmas and look forward to seeing you in 2026 🙏💖🙏

Our next extended Gong Journey session will be Saturday 21st February 2026 2-4pm at St Peters Church Hall, Clevedon 💗
This afternoon will be focused on self love, trust and acceptance 💗
After our Gong Journey we will have time to ground and connect together with cacao/herbal teas and a selection of homemade nibbles - a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon in February! 💗
These events are always popular and book up fast so get in touch if you would like to join - spaces limited to 12 and are inclusive to all - exchange is £30 💗

Thank you to all who joined me at Tithe Barn this evening for your wonderful energy and your open hearts 💖. All 3 Gongs came out to play tonight and filled the space with their beautiful presence….I am never sure before we start how the Gongs are going to play and respond and each session is different to the next but tonight felt very powerful! I am so grateful for my precious Gongs and to all of you who come out to hear them 💖🙏💖

Did you know that alongside my group Gong Immersions I also offer specialized 1 :1 sessions to suit your own individual needs in my cosy ‘sound room’? This will include a ‘chat’ and settling period before inviting you to set your intention for the session and we can include instruments chosen by yourself or you can allow me to work intuitively with what I feel drawn to include for you on the day 💗
If you would like any more information or to book a session please don’t hesitate to get in touch 💗
Exchange £45 for 60mins, £65 for 90mins. I also offer Gift Vouchers for both individual and group sessions 💗
