✨They stop rushing through reps. Real control is found in slow movement - then you speed up.

✨ They no longer rely on momentum. No swinging, no compensating, just pure control.

✨They don’t hold their breath and realise your breath can make an exercise more intense.

✨They can make a simple exercise feel intense because good form is challenging.

✨ Lastly, they stop chasing intensity and focus on precision.

Keep doing what you’re doing and remember to listen to the cues. We give you the tools to become advanced in your practice. Slow things down and build a deeper awareness of your body!

We offer one off or regular private sessions for groups - from corporate wellbeing and team sessions, to more social occasions like hen parties or birthday celebrations.

Choose between a 50-minute class or a more extended experience, including refreshments, with time to stay, connect and unwind in our calm countryside setting.

Each session can be tailored to suit your group, creating something that feels considered, supportive and aligned with what you need.

Mums To Be - we’ve got you 💪🏽🤰🏼

It used to be the norm to tell women to slow down and stop exercising. But if movement was part of your routine before pregnancy, it can be just as important to stay active - for both your physical and mental wellbeing.

Pregnancy doesn’t mean stopping.
It means adapting and moving in a way that supports you.

We’re hosting 3 special charity classes & we’d love you to join us ♥️🌟

My sister and I are running the Bristol 10K on May 10th in memory of our dad, who we sadly lost to a sudden cardiac arrest 5 years ago. Charities like these support families to raise awareness and better understand any potential risks through genetic testing.

These will be fun, inclusive classes open to everyone, raising money for Sudden Cardiac Arrest UK & Cardiac Risk in the Young. Every penny raised will be donated 💛

On Saturday 9th - Stay for a coffee & cake sale after ☕🍰 All levels welcome - whether you’re a regular or new, we’d love to see you there.

Set within our calm countryside studio, it’s a chance to move, breathe and take a moment for yourself, whilst being surrounded by other mums in a similar stage of life.

Our clinic space brings together a collective of independent practitioners, alongside TWELVE08 therapists, offering a range of treatments including physiotherapy, sports massage and injury rehabilitation.

You can find:

— Monday afternoon/evenings, Friday mornings
— Wednesday evenings
— Monday mornings



We also have availability within the clinic for independent practitioners looking to join a space built for high-level practice.

A space designed for those who value working alongside other professionals — with access to a rehabilitation gym, and just a few steps from our mat and reformer studios, both running busy daily class timetables.

Set within a countryside location, the clinic offers a calm, considered setting for both practitioners and clients.

MUM & BABY — Fridays at 11:30

A space created for you.

Our Mum & Baby class is designed to support women postpartum, offering a safe and gentle return to movement while being surrounded by others in a similar stage of life.

We know this time can feel both special and vulnerable, which is why creating a space that feels supportive, calm and welcoming is so important to us. A space where you can prioritise your own health, whilst being alongside your baby and a community of like-minded women.

As a Mum myself, I know the value of being around other mums — but know it can feel difficult to find movement classes that allow you to bring your baby with you.

This class is open to those who are at least 6 weeks postpartum (following your midwife check), up until the early stages of crawling.

If you are nervous about attending, please note this is not about the perfect physiques and matching exercise gear, this is about creating a safe space for movement whilst also being with your baby postpartum. Changing nappies, feeding, sleeping is all encouraged!
