✨They stop rushing through reps. Real control is found in slow movement - then you speed up.
✨ They no longer rely on momentum. No swinging, no compensating, just pure control.
✨They don’t hold their breath and realise your breath can make an exercise more intense.
✨They can make a simple exercise feel intense because good form is challenging.
✨ Lastly, they stop chasing intensity and focus on precision.
Keep doing what you’re doing and remember to listen to the cues. We give you the tools to become advanced in your practice. Slow things down and build a deeper awareness of your body!
