Clevedon’s charm lies in its independent shops, cafés, and friendly faces — but upcoming parking charges threaten that charm.
If visitors can’t park, they won’t stop. And when the footfall drops, so do local livelihoods.
Nailsea has already seen a 40% drop in footfall since charges were rolled out there, resulting in several shops already handing in their notices.
