What a lovely evening we had on Wednesday with Dr Imogen Bury, our Periodontist Specialist hosting a "Perio & Pizza" CPD Evening. Local clinicians were welcomed by Imogen to an informative update on 'A Proactive Perio Pathway for Best Dental Care'. The Dominos pizza delivery was also an added yummy bonus!

The new year is a great time to set goals and change habits. While some people go “all in” with their goal setting and take on some major stuff, we’ve got 5 easy dental goals you can tackle without much effort:

1. Set up a dental appointment if you haven’t got one booked.

2. Get your brushing and flossing on point!

3. Don’t eat or drink 30 minutes after brushing.

4. When drinking sugary drinks, drink them at meal times and through a straw. But these should be cut out or limited.

5. If you can’t brush after a meal use sugar free chewing gum instead.
