Becky Hester Soft Tissue Therapist Providing remedial and hot stone massage, incorporating a number of different techniques to create an entirely bespoke treatment for each and every client.

After obtaining a sports injury in 2013, I went along as a volunteer 'body' to The Massage Training School. I was blown away by the results and very impressed by the school itself. My youngest son was due to start school and I was looking for a new challenge/career so I signed up to the BTEC Level 5 in Soft Tissue Therapy (formally known as Clinical Sports & Remedial Massage) and have not looked back. I qualified in March 2017 and now work from home. I love my job and I am keen to continue learning and helping my clients get back to their normal daily activities as quickly as possible.

A huge thank you to all my lovely clients this year. It’s been my busiest year yet 🎉 My husband and I celebrated with a meal at Mowgli last night. Amazing food 👌🏻 Here I am on the swing seat 😁 I am taking some time off with my family until January 6th. Watch this space for new and exciting things in 2026. Merry Christmas one and all 🙌🏻🎅🏼

This injury, a pull in my calf, was the catalyst for me starting my training as a Soft Tissue Therapist nine years ago. I went along to The Massage Training School now The ST School as a volunteer ‘body’ after sustaining a recurring running injury. I went in with a limp and skipped back out! I was so blown away with the results, I signed up to do my Level 5 BTEC and the rest, as they say, is history 😀 I love my job 🙌🏻
