Foundations of Yoga Course
6 weeks
Start from the ground up. Learn the basics from asana / postures, to breath work and meditation. Learn about the benefits of yoga and the transformative effects of a regular practice.
Flexibility, strength and stability in body and mind.
Through the 6 week build confidence in yourself.
