Today is World Kindness Day and as someone who values wellbeing, I'm always inspired by acts of kindness. They have a ripple effect, making our world a brighter place.

Join Us for a World Swim Day Celebration and Mental Health Awareness Event!

When: Tuesday 29th October from 10 AM
Where: Clevedon Marine Lake

Enjoy a refreshing swim and a FREE sound bath to celebrate World Swim Day and World Mental Health Day. with the Clevedon ORCAS.

Whether you're a seasoned swimmer or just starting out, all levels are welcome!

Here's the schedule:

10:00 AM: ORCAS meet lakeside (everyone welcome, swim at your own risk)
11:00 AM: FREE Sound Bath (bring a chair, yoga mat, blanket, hot water bottle, and plenty of layers to stay comfortable during the session)

After our swim, some ORCAS gather at the Salthouse for a social lunch. It's a great opportunity to relax and socialise some more.

About ORCAS:
ORCAS stands for Outdoor Reset Chat and Swim. We're a free, informal, and friendly group focused on outdoor swimming and mental wellbeing. We encourage donations to Marlens, the charity that maintains the lake.

**Everyone is welcome, but remember you swim at your own risk!**
