Following the government update and the new restrictions I have made the difficult desicion to close my doors when the lockdown starts and not to reopen.

BIG NEWS........ I am OPEN.

I am open and taking bookings for sports massage. so if you have worked your body hard in lock down and need some much needed muscle relief book fast to avoid disappointment.

I will be taking limited bookings to allow for extra cleaning and paper work and will be reviewing this on a month by month basis in line with the governments advice.

We will all soon have to abide or the possibility of having to wear one of these everywhere we go.
It is now being made a compulsory measure in hospitals as well as staff must wear one all around the hospitals.
Believe me they can make it rather stuffy if wearing one for a long time.

So instead of breathing in stale air. To give some relief.
Why not add 1-2 drops of your favourite essential oil onto the mask
We know Wild orange is a great energiser as well as Peppermint, Both oils can be very uplifting.

Even use Balance. Calming blend. 🌿🌿💧😊

After a good session making excema cream for the mini people it was good to get the couch back out for my favourite client..... she also just had her first massage lesson so can return the favour soon!!!

I recently sent samples of lemongrass and peppermint to a friend for fly control and thought I would try it too..... it works and my kitchen smells amazing.
