Physiotherapy & Pilates in Bristol. My aim is to make everyone, from recreational runners to elite athletes, fit enough to take on every challenge.

My name is Sarah Bryan and as a qualified, experienced physiotherapist I’m here to help you break through your own ceiling of expectation with regards to health, fitness and achievement. Whether you’re a new mum, a recreational tri-athlete, or a sports professional, I’m here to support your fitness and training to help you move beyond those niggles and injuries towards a healthier, fitter and happier you. The aim regardless of your ‘background’ is to identify your individual needs and aims from physiotherapy. Everyone has a different perception of what they need – often my role is to listen and treat the short term immediate pain or injury, but longer term I like to identify what has led you down this path and how to minimise re-occurrences. The aim from my treatment is always to give everyone the tools to self-manage and maintain the improvements, but be here, ready and available if this isn’t enough. I see my physiotherapy patients at the Southville Clinic in Bristol or via Zoom, and I also offer pilates classes currently via Zoom (usually in Bishopston and Southville). Pilates can be of enormous benefit to those struggling with back issues as Pilates focuses on strengthening the core muscles, providing that much needed extra layer of support for your back.
