Hi. Hope you’re all having a lovely Saturday. Not sure if any of you are aware but the council is looking to make fitness instructors who use the downs purchase licences. The suggestion is that it will apply to individual instructors (rather than companies) and will place a limit of 20 participants per class. A member of my boot camp has set up a petition to ask the council to rethink how they go about these changes. They’ve also worded it far better than me! Hi everyone just so you know this week little bit different. I’ll be running the session as normal on Wednesday night and Lisa will be doing a bodyweight/hex dumbbell workout on Thursday night. That’s the only real change. Hope you have a great week.

I hope you are all well, and looking forward to Leah's last class on Saturday morning. This will be followed by leaving drinks in the evening, at the Black Swan Pub in Westbury On Trym from 19:00.

With Leah leaving I have made the decision to come back to full time coaching......lucky you guys 😉

Another big positive going forward is that you will now have 2 coaches teaching at most sessions to give you lovely lot more support with your training

The new amazing Lisa C is going to be helping me out, there will be nowhere to hide now , he he he;-)

With this in mind, I have made the difficult decision to close the Sunday class, to enable me to have a day off.

All other classes will run as timetabled. There is also an exciting change coming to the Wednesday evening 1800-1900 session, it will now be the body weight, circuit style class that people have been asking for, and will be run by our lovely coach Lisa C, which is really exciting and a great addition to the bootcamp.

Don't forget we have also just added a new session, every Friday night with Roxcamp at 19:00-20:00 with Jay, so plenty to keep you busy and training hard!

To confirm this Sunday 18th May will be the last Sunday class.

Hey team, hope all is well. I hope you have all had a cracking Christmas and new year. We cannot wait to welcome you back to Boot Camp.

We are back to normal tomorrow

This next part is really important. We are making a slight change to the Friday times starting from this week.

I’m going to be honest with your now! I’m really struggling to coach three hours back to back to back. Jon is no longer a spring chicken and I feel this is having an impact on the Sessions I’m running as I want to keep the quality high.

So from this Friday, there will be a 630 session in the morning and also a 1230 session

So we will now have three lunchtime sessions taking place every single week for you guys, which has been asked for for sometime

We will just see how this goes. We can always go back to how it was if it really doesn’t work.
