A big warm hello to everyone here reading!

Bristol is buzzing with festivals and events. Music and cheer is coming out of gardens/balconies/venues. We must be all feeling that summer is definitely here and it arrived early. Some of you could be packing for Glastonbury. How exciting! Don’t worry if you can not get away from your work or family commitments. You can sing whenever you like and join the vibe.

Many of you might already know or can be natural singers not even need this info but people who are like me, I used to be shy to sing, this may be a kind reminder. I’m getting better and better at nursery rhymes, better and better tuned!?!?. I do love some other genres more, though.

Hello all,

Who is happy to see a bit of rain after a long time? It is refreshing, isn’t it? I think I had missed the smell of it, although I have been enjoying wearing less layers and feeling lighter.

Does that mean less neck and back pain? Yes, the better weather warmed up my muscles, I took my strolls slower, breathed in the freshness and looked around more for the changing hues of green and nature. I could still feel the tension when I get tired and it has been the cough for the last week. There is always a need for a therapeutic massage therapy to find the balance back and restart.

How is your neck and back pain? Would you like to book for a reviving seated Indian Head Massage or stress reducing Classical Massage?

I am guessing many of you might be ahead of their summer holiday plans and I hope that it will brighten up your spirits at work and during your chores until that break, one of which is just around the corner this Monday.

Here is also an article about how we should tackle the neck and back pain without painkillers. Massage therapy is absolutely one of them. Study from 2021. I know… there should be more studies taking on this. Right now!.. because i know that the power of therapeutic touch is crucial.

Today seems to be a great weather for some more Christmas gifts shopping! Beautiful puffy clouds are stretching on a bright blue sky and see their reflection on the water as I cross the Pero’s Bridge.

it’s not too cold, yet still keep warm, keep smiling with the idea of giving someone else a smile, a cheer, a lovely surprise. I love shopping gifts, all year round.

If you need to squeeze them in a short periods of time, it can be straining for your legs and feet. So why not treat yourself to a foot spa at home yourself?

With some caution* and preparation (ex: some towel to dry your feet afterwards on your side) , You can create a blissful 15 mins for youself. In a wide and shallow bucket you can add lavender, camomile flowers, cloves, rosemary (sounds like a tea for foot ;)) or a few drops of your favourite essential oil or blend!

Go on, you deserve it, try it today or tomorrow before it gets busier for more festive plans. You can keep the ingredient of your choice in sight, to remind it to yourself.

It will warm you up, relax your feet muscles, boost your circulation and mood, will prepare you for sleep (if done before bedtime with lavender & camomile dry flower mix!) It makes me feel relaxed even to write about it! So that’s my plan after getting my little one to sleep once I arrived back home!

Oh and surely some massage on your feet with a cream or oil of your choice afterwards, go with your intuition, be gentle. A soft fist going up and down on the soles of your feet is a good technique, for instance. Ahhh, how nice! And pop on your cosy socks to finish 👌

The nights are drawing in, the weather is getting colder!

Do you have a reusable, reheatable, heat pack with wheats, cherry pits? There are many versions but I like the long ones with cherry pits as i love the smell of cherries.

It is so useful to keep one at home and use it regularly for relaxation, easing the tension and boosting the circulation for achy, tense and tired muscles.

(Of course always use it with caution and not on bruised or injured areas. Also if you are having a joint ache, make sure that it’s not an inflammation as cold compress would be better in that case. )
