I spent much of my 20s in the Alps and Rockies, working ski seasons, but it was on a Whistler summer season where I found my passion – mountain biking. Since then I have been hitting the trails on a regular basis, and racing in Downhill, Gravity Enduro and 24 hour events. You’ll also find me out on the road bike, and have even travelled around Iceland and Morocco on two wheels. I am also a very ke
en runner, and a member of the Southville Running Club. I have competed in numerous 10km, half marathons, adventure races and the Thunderrun – as a last minute stand-in, I ended up running a marathon. This obsession with sport, led me to an interest in how the body works, initially through sports massage and personal training, and now in specialist musculo-skeletal practices such as Anatomy In Motion and NeuroKineticTherapy.
