This isn’t just about stretching — it’s about softening into yourself, finding strength in presence and learning to listen inward. Every class is an invitation to reconnect — with your body, your breath, and something bigger than both.

Ready for our students to arrive to our Sunday evening restorative class in our wonderful studio where we slow everything down, take our journey inwards, connect our breath with our movement, creating opportunities for self discovery and of course rest. Think slow considered poses, twists, folds, long holds and calming breathwork, essential oils and mini savasana massage to end your week, bliss or as we say in Sanskrit, Ananda. Allowing ourselves to fully and completely let go in these precious moments 🙏

You won’t find wifi in nature but you will find a better connection! Yoga is not only there for physical benefits, but one of the greatest benefits is being able to share the experience with each other, making connections, conversations, friendships as well as a deeper connection with ourselves. Here at one of our peaceful Sunday restorative classes from last week when the sun was shining strong for us on the Downs. Otherwise you will normally find us in the studio.
