Week 6 of my Ayurvedic cleanse.
No sugar. No caffeine. No dairy. No meat. No processed food.

Just:
🌱 Colourful plants
💚 Daily intention
🕊️ Rest as medicine

Results?
Clarity. Calm. Energy. Healing.

The evening light seeing us through another toasty spring weekend here in Glastonbury. Time seems to be accelerating as the days pass by. I wonder why that is?

Gratitude: The Performance Enhancer No One Talks About

Most people chase productivity hacks, morning routines, and optimization tools.

But one of the most powerful mindset shifts I’ve experienced is....

GRATITUDE.

Not the fluffy, cliché kind.

Just the daily discipline of recognizing what’s good - even in chaos.

This is why it matters:

✅Gratitude quiets the noise of comparison.

✅It sharpens your focus on what is working, not just what’s broken.

✅It builds resilience because when you train your mind to see the good: you bounce back faster.

I used to think gratitude was passive.

But it's actually a mindset for clarity, confidence and creativity.

It pays to always just pause and ask:

"What am I grateful for, right now?"

Not once a year. Every single day.

This morning I am grateful to have experienced the most incredible sunset just a few miles from my cottage, with these stunning views over Glastonbury Tor.
