My Story

I am a medical herbalist, practising from a base in Totterdown in Bristol. I offer one to one consultations, workshops, longer courses, retreats and herb walks. I have my herbal roots in the north of England though and continue to work with my clients up there. My southern reach extends as far as Glastonbury in Somerset, where I lived many years ago and like to keep a foothold, offering courses and one-to-one on an occasional basis.

I work from a wholistic perspective, looking at what has brought the person to come and see my from many angles. I like to support people to understand why they have become ill and what they can do to rebuild their health. This is often done in conjunction with a diagnosis from their GP or consultant. I believe strongly in working together with conventional medicine and helping my patient to make the right decisions based on an integrated health-care model, encompassing the best of modern medicine and the best of herbal wisdom and science.
