🌿 IMPACT Project Update 🌿
Today’s session TEAM RISE Project East Lancashire was all about release and rhythm.

We began with a calming meditation, focusing on letting go—of stress, of pressure, of anything weighing heavy—and gently inviting gratitude, whether for the small comforts or the big wins in our lives. 🧘‍♀️💛

Then we turned up the energy! Using percussion and drums, we created a powerful landscape of sound, expressing emotions, connections, and community through rhythm. 🥁🌈

It was a day of presence, expression, and togetherness.

Kate's lovely husband, Nick, is about to embark on a 200-mile cycle ride this weekend in the sweltering heat! Edinburgh to Clitheroe. 🚴‍♂️☀️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

🌿 Joy, sunshine, and self-expression ! ☀️

We took it outdoors this week, starting with a meditation session, then using psychodrama to bring real-life experiences to life.

From expressing emotions to acting out scenarios, we explored what it means to advocate for ourselves and others. Empowerment through creativity and a whole lot of laughter too! 💬🎭

Joyous scenes of creativity, fun, and friendship at our Summer Life Skills sessions last summer.
This summer, we are running a 5-day program 11th-15th August Express Yourself for children aged 7-12. Based at Trinity Hub, Clitheroe.
