Deep Tissue Massage at Zen Massage Studio
With hot and cold stones to relieve those aches and pains. Hot stones to relax and warm muscles whilst the cold stones reduce inflammation in the area and at the same time the combination of hot and cold improves overall circulation to the area. The pressure given depends on how the muscle responds.
Rachael has a few available appointments in September but booking is advance is still advisable.

As a gentle reminder. It is best to book appointments in advance. We do have a cancellation list if you wish to add your name to it.
We do not offer any drop in sessions and we do not do couples massage as only one therapist works in the studio at any one time.
