Ribble Valley Crossroads Care is a vital not-for-profit charity and a lifeline for so many local people and families. For more than 35 years, we have built an outstanding reputation for excellence in care enabling people across the Ribble Valley to live in their own homes for as long as possible maintaining their independence and quality of life. Led by a team of voluntary Trustees and an exceptional group of dedicated carers, we work closely with social workers, district nurses, GPs, OTs, the NHS Falls Team, and many other healthcare professionals to provide essential support.

Despite the impact of our work, we receive no government funding. Our charity relies heavily on public donations to continue running our much-needed dementia groups and lunch clubs. These services not only provide friendship, fun and support for those living with dementia, but also offer loved ones valuable companionship, understanding, and a few hours of much-needed respite.

We are currently looking for local businesses to partner with us as sponsors and help sustain the vital work we do for individuals, families, and the wider community. Whether your sponsorship is big or small, your support will make a genuine difference to the lives of people who need it the most.

By sponsoring Ribble Valley Crossroads Care, your business will be helping to support:

* people living with dementia and other care needs
* family members and carers in need of respite
* community lunch clubs and support groups
* independence, dignity, and quality of life for local people

If your business or if you know of someone who would like to support a trusted local charity making a real difference every day, we would be delighted to hear from you.

The sun came out this morning so we were outdoors at Friends in Nature. Our theme was bats, and we had an appropriate quiz and craft activity. We got very excited for snack, which was boil in the bag omelettes - a revelation for us all! We had great fun squishing our egg and choosing our favourite fillings. Come and join us next Monday from 10.30am at Billington and Langho Community Centre, in conjunction with Outdoors 4 All Together - for those living with dementia and/or their carers.

What a lovely morning at Time For You! Joyce and Liz were busy in the kitchen making choccy Easter nests for us to enjoy whilst sitting back with a cuppa to be entertained by Helen Minshall. We always love her visits! Happy Easter everybody!
