Ladies, please make sure you have your appointments booked in advance, we are super busy and turning people away daily for last minute appointments. We always try to fit you all in but with more notice we have the possibility of the girls covering extra hours here and there.

💫 B12 injections 💫
⭐️What are they? - Vitamin B12 is a vitamin that we all need to function. Our B12 levels are not routinely monitored. B12’s main function is helping to form our red blood cells, and our DNA - so very important!! The course of injections is given over a course of 3 months. The first 3 injections will be given weekly, and the final 2 will be given monthly.

⭐️What happens if we lack B12?
B12 deficiency can present in many ways. Gastro symptoms are often a common sign. Muscle weakness can also occur, vision problems and fatigue. A less known sign of B12 deficiency is mental health problems, and many people with low B12 levels present with low mood and feel very irritable. It can also reduce quality of hair and skin.

⭐️Benefits of a course of B12 include; increased mood, increased energy levels, increased metabolism (which as a result can cause some weight loss) can improve brain development and memory as prevents the loss of neurons. Visual improvement in skin and hair quality.

Well can you believe it’s a year, 1 whole year of uninterrupted business!
Coming back after all that craziness was daunting and very different! I mean we only moved into our bigger premises 3 months before the first lock down…..we were barely settled in! But we are here, we are happy and we have a bigger (crazy)team and the lovely calming sits right beside us with her fab team!

There’s nothing more apparent then non of us could of got through this without our amazing loyal clients and for this we thank you!!

Good Morning, just a little reminder of all the treatments we offer at the salon. We’ve just passed our 13 anniversary, I’ve no idea where the time has gone! What started with 2 people has grown to a busy little hub of activity, 6 therapists working together, a yoga studio and the addition of sunbeds! Shortly we will of been in our new (not so new) location for 2 years! So keep your eyes open for a little giveaway later in the month!

On another note Xmas appointments are fast booking up so please try and book asap!
