Here at Njd Sport Injuries Lancs, we are interested in sitting down and talking to people who are Personal Trainers and/or Strength & Conditioners.

We are in the process of expanding the team to serve the people of the Ribble Valley.

The role is self-employed, and guidance/training will be given every step of the way if required. This involves developing your current knowledge in sporting performance and business.

Like your clientele, you must be coachable yourself.

Do you need a Running Assessment?

If you’re a regular runner and experience some “niggles” from time to time, then yes, quite possibly.

We’re sure you’ve seen some very different running styles out there, especially in the “non-elite” world.

A thorough analysis of you on and off the treadmill, may highlight some intrinsic factors that can be modified.

You may also find out how some exercises you can perform contributes to your running performance.

In turn, you can run “niggle” free and will no doubt be more efficient in your running economy, which has a direct relationship with your running performance.

You may already be lightening quick, that doesn’t prevent you from being even faster.

Our business partner NJD Sport Injury Centre Lancs are now taking bookings for Running Assessments.

We use PodoSmart insoles to gain extra data on how you land, ground reaction forces through your gait and many other interesting facts about you.

In addition, you can see instant visual feedback when getting assessed.
