My Story
My name is Jackie Ingham, I live with my husband David and our dog Sydney, in the heart of the Ribble Valley countryside at Chaigley, in between Longridge and Clitheroe, Lancashire.

As long as I can remember I have had an interest in natural healing and the old ways of living and promoting health. I have always loved nature and the magic of life. My passion lies within Shamanic & Energy Healing and Holistic Health.
With heading up to 30 years' experience as a therapist, I undertook my first massage course many years ago after my second daughter was born. She’s now 29! I absolutely loved it, felt I had found my vocation, and subsequently went on to qualify in many other holistic therapies, including; Reflexology, Reiki (to Master Teacher Level), Indian Head Massage, Cupping, Moxibustion, Hot Stone Massage, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Holistic Facials, Metamorphic Technique and am proud of my own creation - Reiki Face-Lift Facial. Among some other holistic treatments that I carry out are Remedial/Swedish Massage and Trigger Point Therapy.

Around 10 years ago I undertook a one-to-one, two year apprenticeship with Jayne Johnson (Shamanism Embodied) and have used these skills in my own life and also in my work as a therapist. Since then, I have done Yr1 & Yr2 over three years, training as a Shamanic Healing Practitioner down in Glastonbury. I completed Yr3 (deeper work) in 2022.
I have been following the pull to visit Glastonbury for over 25 years and vist a few times a year for spiritual sustenance and have taken friends down with me over the years to show them the magical places there.
Over the years I have experienced Vision Quests & ‘Nature Sit Outs’ alone overnight in nature. I have visited many sacred sites all around the country and abroad. In 2017 I visited Sedona, Arizona, to feel into and spend time at the spiritual vortexes and special red rocks, which I found to be a profound experience. I toured the Grand Canyon and travelled through the Navajo desert and Monument Valley visiting sacred sites.
I have been running Women’s Circles for around 10 years, and run workshops and organise retreats. I have researched Inner Child Work, and focusing on epigenics - how emotions, memories, issues and physical symptoms can be passed down to us from our ancestors. I will never tire of learning.
I have regular supervision and hold a Certificate in Introduction to Counselling. I qualified as an NLP Practitioner in 2004 and as a Master Practitioner in 2005. I have held a Diploma in Life Coaching since 2007. I am also a Reiki Drum Practitioner, a member of the NFSH (National Federation of Spiritual Healing) and the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapy).
