Restore (facial)
Working on releasing deep stress held within the face to restore a sense of relaxation.
Initially talking through anything that arises, allowing us to work together to find the stress points. Using a combination of Gua sha, Japanese kobido techniques, somatic release, aromatherapy oils, breathing techniques and therapeutic conversation we will work to Restore harmony within your body.
Reiki/crystal healing and access bars may also be incorporated to bring about a sense of peace and balance (add £10)
Facial massage has a powerful impact on relaxation as we don’t realise how much tension is held in the face. Over the last couple of years I have come to understand the deep impact of face release.

Models will need to be open minded as I am working intuitively to create the best results for you.
