CLINIC UPDATE➡️➡️

Updated Terms & Conditions – from 1st October 2025

From 1st October, deposits will be required to secure your appointments. A £50 deposit will apply to bookings with our doctors, which can be used towards any treatment carried out on the same day as your consultation. For appointments with our skin therapists, a £25 deposit will be taken, which can be redeemed against a treatment within 12 months of your consultation. Deposits are taken at the time of booking, whether online, over the phone, or in clinic.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. With less notice, deposits will be retained, and for prepaid treatment courses the session booked will be lost. Missed appointments without notice will require full payment when rebooking.

Please remember that laser treatments cannot be carried out on skin with a tan, whether from sun exposure or fake tan. If this happens, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.

We also kindly ask that children are not brought along to appointments, as this may result in the need to reschedule.

Finally, payments made for treatments, courses, vouchers, or offers are non-refundable.
