Another programme Just completed! This time a very enjoyable 6 week Healthy Food Prep programme with GK House/LRG Community Association. In addition to the cooking, we discussed Food Labels, Managing blood sugar levels, meal planning and an introduction to Gut Health. Thank you to all who took part. I hope to get back again soon!!
