Great Xmas bonding with fellow colleagues from Cheshire Remedial Therapy Ltd .
Getting to understand our therapies from deep tissue, Osteopathy to our hard worked feet and resident midwife physio asking quizzing questions on her pelvic floor machine with electo magnetic stimulation.
Not being a tech in that area I'm hoping I got that correct.

Definitely one if jumping on the the trampoline at Xmas you need some support in that area.

We created some lovely wreaths at Reva Green Botanicals , Tarporley. amongst the festive work chat.

Quite proud of my creation. Starting to feel like Christmas

Black Friday, cyber Monday in the service industry we offer our energy, compassion and care to make our clients healthy, glamorous or healed.

What ever activities they been up to. I like to offer a gift to others to consider by if a present of time and space for their loved one rather than a pre manufactured product would be an option.

Most could break down any time. If your loved one breaks it's you that picks up the pieces.

A little Autumn 🍁 vibes and the new calming cream interior.
