A fellow colleague I would like to share their petition for a challenging situation.

As with all individual businesses how easy it is for clients to attend for treatments is key.

When restrictions or access changes and become permanent the risk to business can be huge. If you can support by signing the petition that would be so helpful.

A lot of techy words but this treatment in the aesthetics world is great for softening those ripples of aging we all develop.

The yearning to age gracefully and slowly then non invasive treatments are the way to go.

The Renova from Biotec Italia is a sister machine of the Elife. A session builds deep down a new ground structure, pulling in collagen and elastin fibres to firm and create some padding that is lost as we age.

As a gentle approach over the next 6 months this action increases.

Not all skins react if sorely neglected. In these cases a repeater session may be needed to reinforce a reaction to build on.

Now January Is nearly complete. The love month is soon to arrive. Want to start afresh your health plans or help your loved one enjoy their exercise goals set in the cold light of the new year.

Well keep them positive, on track and focused. Increase stamina, strength and speed. Enjoy a treat for all that energy expressed.

Whatever the sport, bodywork of any type is key to make you recover as you increase your training or try a different style of exercise.

What I've offered for years is care and attention to recover muscles rapidly, ease soreness, stretch the fibres in all angles in minimal time.

Monthly or fortnightly sessions starting out or approaching a competition by building up training.

Massage will give that boost to make your routine a breeze.

Top tips we forget but cold weather exercise muscles & joints are stiff & contracted. Stretching before and after a session is essential. Warm up the muscles first then elongate gently prior to increasing intensity of the exercise. Injury free, safe training.

Great Xmas bonding with fellow colleagues from Cheshire Remedial Therapy Ltd .
Getting to understand our therapies from deep tissue, Osteopathy to our hard worked feet and resident midwife physio asking quizzing questions on her pelvic floor machine with electo magnetic stimulation.
Not being a tech in that area I'm hoping I got that correct.

Definitely one if jumping on the the trampoline at Xmas you need some support in that area.

We created some lovely wreaths at Reva Green Botanicals , Tarporley. amongst the festive work chat.

Quite proud of my creation. Starting to feel like Christmas
