1PB, on leg press,180kg x 10 reps,last session I did 8 reps!

Leg press (hamstring & glutes focus)
Bulgarian splits squats
Leg extension
Adductors (on cable)
Calf raises

Another amazing sesh ticked off! Form is getting better on some exercise but still lots of work to do!

Amazing to train with someone that has the same drive & determination as me!!!

So honoured to be able to train Nic through S&C coaching & nutrition coaching through this camp & previous camps too!

Her work ethic,commitment & relentless pursuit for improvement’s & progression is so outstanding and admirable!

PROUD COACH OVER HERE 👊🔥

Weigh-in completed for pro boxer 111 pounds today🥊
Nic is now ready to give it all tomorrow night in the ring for a shot at the IBO world title 🌍

Through S&C coaching & PT sessions we gained so much strength and muscles in the last year!

Weight met without any problem, Nicola Hopewell executed her nutrition protocol to the T & she looks incredible and ready!

NO NEED to come DRAINED at the weight in ,if you have a SMART approach to nutrition in the camp 😎
