FITNESS MYTH ❌😱

MUSCLE BECOMES FAT IF NOT TRAINED ❌❌❌

Is totally a myth that if you stop training your muscles they’ll turn into fat!!

Muscles and fat storage are both two totally separate TISSUES ✅

If you stop exercising, all that happens is that the fat to muscle ratio is increasing, the two separate factors cannot physically turn into one another!

IF you’re worried that you’re losing muscle mass and gaining fat, you should consider CUTTING YOUR CALORIES and UPPING THE INTENSITY of your training ✅

“Before starting working with Marfi,I wouldn’t go to the gym on my own. Plus I didn’t have a clue what to do either. Now after 8 weeks I lost 1 STONE and can see the changes in myself. My eating is so much better. Im feeling fuller for longer” said!

Lying leg press: build & shape your legs!

If you never used the leg press machine before,that’s your hint to give it a good try!

The leg press is amazing tool to build and shape your legs!
By making simple adjustments to your foot position and technique, you can effectively target different muscles!

The wide stance: place your feet wider than shoulder-width apart on the platform, with your toes pointing slightly outward. This variation places more emphasis on the inner thigh muscles (adductors),glutes & hamstrings!

The narrow stance: position your feet close together, lower on the platform & with your toes pointing forward. This variation emphasizes the quads (front of your legs).What are you waiting for?

4 Months progress for my amazing client 💪

She said NO TO WEIGHT LOSS INJECTIONS & YES TO EXERCISE and good nutrition! 👏

10kg/1.5 stones weight loss ✔️
8cm lost around waist ✔️
10cm lost around hips ✔️
8cm lost around arms ✔️

At 53yrs old my client has never been to a gym before! After an appointment to the GP where she express the wish to lose some weight,the GP suggested weight loss injection as the only solution to lose weight effectively! 👎 However,my client ,knew that that solution couldn’t have been the only one & that if she could reach to an expert in nutrition and exercise she would do anything to make that change happen without weight loss drugs!
And she did! 👀 She reached out to me & 4 months later she’s achieving amazing results!

Today was tough,however I NEEDED to train,I needed to move my body! 👀

And that’s why BODYBUILDING & FITNESS is so powerful & so important to me!

After taking 2 rests days, I needed to train!

I set 2 intentions for today session 👇
1. Not to focus on how much weight I lifted
2. To be kind to myself & been grateful for whatever my body was cable of
And I did!

Grieving is a tough process and there’s no shortcuts!

But if there’s one thing that this last few days taught me is ,to be grateful for each day that we are alive & to keep my loved ones close ❤️

It is with heavy heart that I share the sad news of my auntie Lidia passing away the early hours of this morning 💔
Auntie,you were a 2nd mom to me! 😭
I will never forget how much you loved to dance & entertaining everyone!
One of love language was food,you used to spoilt me,Nic & everyone with cooked meals and lots of treats!
You and uncle gave me an home when I moved here 11 years ago and gave me a 2nd chance at life!
You always spoke your mind & you never let anyone tell you what to do or how to do something,you always knew best!
We will never forget you auntie,you always going to be with us ❤️
