Feeling truly grateful today 💛

A huge thank you to Rebecca & Mark, the owners of the The Next Level, for the lovely card & gifts ,they gifted me to show their appreciation for me and the role I play within the gym.

I honestly feel so happy and honoured to work in such a supportive environment. Being appreciated and valued means more than words can say, and it really reminds me why I love what I do!

Condition is where it needs to be, health is on point, and now it’s time for the fun part…

Tonight’s class was honestly AMAZING.
The ladies brought the energy, the vibes and the smiles from start to finish — fun, powerful and full of life 💃🪩

The turnout was incredible, and the atmosphere was even better. Seeing so many of you moving, laughing and enjoying yourselves is exactly what Zumba is all about 🫶

Thank you to every single lady who showed up, gave it their all and made the class what it was — energetic, uplifting and full of good vibes.

The scale only tells you one thing — your total body weight.
It doesn’t show fat loss, muscle gain, body shape changes or how your clothes fit.

That’s why relying only on the scale can be misleading and frustrating.

👉 Better ways to track progress:
📏 Body measurements – waist, hips, thighs, arms
📸 Progress pictures – taken in the same lighting, same pose
👖 How your clothes fit – looser, more comfortable, more confident
💪 Muscle definition & strength – stronger lifts, better posture

You might be losing fat while building muscle at the same time — and muscle weighs more than fat.
That means the scale can stay the same while your body changes for the better.

New week, fresh start… but let’s keep it realistic.

You don’t need to overhaul your whole life this week.
You just need a few achievable goals that move you forward.

✔️ Get your workouts done
✔️ Prep a couple of meals
✔️ Drink more water
✔️ Go to bed a little earlier
✔️ Show up — even if it’s not perfect

Small, consistent actions done week after week will always beat extreme plans that don’t last.

This week, focus on what you can do — not what you think you should be doing.

What a lovely morning at our Mar-Fit Coffee Club ☺️
Thank you to everyone who came along — the turn out was amazing!

We shared a cup of coffee, lots of laughs, and had some really great conversations covering all sorts of topics. It was so nice to see everyone chatting, connecting, and just enjoying a relaxed start to the day together 💬🤍

These meet ups are all about community, support, and taking time out for ourselves — and today was a perfect example of that.

📅 The date for next month’s Coffee Club will be released very soon, so keep an eye on the page!
