1️⃣ Single Arm Cable Y Raise
2️⃣ Incline press
3️⃣ Shoulder press machine
4️⃣ Dips
5️⃣ Cable fly (mid pec)
6️⃣ Dumbbell lateral raises
7️⃣ Crossbody Tricep Extension

Still getting used to some new movement but really enjoying my new training program!

Technique is ALWAYS the focus before going heavier,so working on that before pushing for more KGs.

The focus is to add mass overall but shoulders are defo one muscle groups that needs to come up in order to improve my stage package. So let’s work on it!

Zumba is a fitness party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout.
Each session involves highly choreographed movements set to upbeat music.

WHEN TO ARRIVE? 🤔👇
At least 5 minutes before the class starts, time to get yourself set up and ready.Changing facilities and lockers are available.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS? 🤔👇

1️⃣Lots of energy and smile.
2️⃣A friend to laugh with, challenge each other to push a little more and motivate during those hard times.
3️⃣A water bottle – water stations are available to refill.
4️⃣Appropriate sportswear, for example, shorts, a t-shirt, leggings and trainers.

I took a difficult decision… I’m not longer vegan 🫣🤯

And no,I don’t have to give anyone an explanation but I promise myself to ALWAYS be truthful & genuine on socials & in real life!

And no,before anyone says so: no my coach didn’t push me to do so,Nic didn’t push me to do so,NO ONE DID!

I been vegan for 7 years and it was ALWAYS A MORAL & NOT AN HEALTH decision to do so!

After months of thinking and battling with the idea of switching to fish & eggs,I finally admitted to myself that this is the best decision for my heath & for my bodybuilding career 👀

I want to give bodybuilding the best shot I could possibly give & being vegan is NOT aligning with my goals anymore!
