From this week check in! 🔥

After 3 weeks of 3 holidays back to back,is 2 weeks that I’m fully back to my routine with food and training and lifestyle! I’m currently back in off season so food is up!

During my holiday my weight didn’t increase drastically! How I achieved that? 👇👇

For years through building knowledge,experience and through being coached by Meg,I finally built FOOD CONFIDENCE! 👀

That means that holidays and social occasions don’t scare me anymore ✌️
I’m not scare of loosing my progress and I’m not scared of binging or overeating on holiday anymore!! Cause my mindset completely changed through the years!

I can still enjoy different foods without being a 🐷 😂
Also I either train or do lots of steps,this way I’m not storing all the extra calories!

From Saturday in person session with Meg!
Me & Meg tend to have an in person check in and review every 3/4 months!
However I personally send,weekly, videos of my exercise to be reviewed and to get any feedbacks that can help me to improve!

In this session we went through some exercises that needed to be reviewed and corrected ,in my current split,in order to optimise training and performance!

The goal is to grow! In order to do that you need good technique,intensity,accuracy & commitment! And Meg helps me to do exactly that!

Is so important that,even as a coach,you have a coach! To have someone to help you with everything regarding training and nutrition. Regardless of the level of the knowledge that you might have,if you want to improve,an outside eye can always be beneficial!!

ALCOHOL MAY BE KILLING YOUR PROGRESS IN THE GYM..... BUT 👇👇

With Christmas around the corner,this WILL HELP YOU OUT ENJOYING YOUR NIGHT OUT,while reaching your fitness goals! 💥

Drinking alcohol on the weekend, the calories
can add up and decrease your deficit.
Of course you can enjoy a drink while socialising but if you are looking at fat loss as your goal. Alcohol calories can add up. Being mindful of how many you have will help, also choosing lower calorie options is helpful as is eating properly during the day and drinking enough water throughout the day and in between drinks 👇

One of the big downfalls of drinking, aside
from the extra calories is that your willpower
and prohibitions relax, and you will be more
likely to over eat or make less suitable food
choices. Also, after a night drinking, you are less likely to have a great nights sleep and will feel less
likely to move, exercise, or be active the next
day. This will lead to more sedentary
behaviour following our night out! 👀

I am not saying don’t drink at all. Just that if
you have goals. Maybe rethink the amount
you drink and stick to lower calorie options!

It’s easy to get caught up in all of the hype whenever we start our fitness journeys!

We research what other people have done to get results and see that this person saw results doing one diet and workout, while someone else recommends trying another method, like supplements. It can become overwhelming and you start to feel like you need to keep up with everyone else or you’re going to be left behind. 👇👇

So if you catch yourself comparing to someone else,here are 3 reasons why you shouldn’t 😎

1️⃣ CREATE YOUR OWN GOALS (be your own person, no-one as a “perfect body”
2️⃣ BE REALISTIC! Certain goals will takes years or weeks to achieve
