👉 “That was NOT 10 reps!”

Meanwhile me… counting perfectly… 👀

Tonight’s class was honestly AMAZING.
The ladies brought the energy, the vibes and the smiles from start to finish — fun, powerful and full of life 💃🪩

The turnout was incredible, and the atmosphere was even better. Seeing so many of you moving, laughing and enjoying yourselves is exactly what Zumba is all about 🫶

Thank you to every single lady who showed up, gave it their all and made the class what it was — energetic, uplifting and full of good vibes.

Prep starts in 2 weeks and I honestly can’t wait 🤩
But make no mistake… 👇

OFF-SEASON DOESN’T MEAN OFF-TRACK!

In bodybuilding, “off-season” doesn’t mean you stop living the bodybuilding lifestyle.
It simply means your calories are higher so you can build more muscle mass 💪

More food = more fuel = more growth.

All the muscle that will be revealed on stage later…
is being built RIGHT NOW!

This phase is not glamorous.
No tan. No heels. No stage lights.
Just discipline, structure, heavy training and consistency day after day.

Off-season is where the physique is forged.
Cutting just reveals what you’ve already built.

You don’t “create” a stage physique during prep —
you uncover it.

Trust the process.
Build with intention.
Show up even when no one is watching.

The best physiques on stage are built in the shadows long before competition day ✨

Weight loss and fat loss are NOT the same thing 🚫
If the scale isn’t dropping much but your clothes feel different… you’re doing it RIGHT ✅

That’s called body recomposition 💪

You can lose fat while building muscle at the same time — and muscle is what creates that “toned” look everyone wants ✨

If your clothes feel looser, fit better, or sit differently, it means:
🔥 You’re losing body fat
💪 You’re building muscle
📏 Your body composition is improving
👗 Your shape is changing

The scale might not move dramatically because muscle is denser than fat — but your body is transforming.

And let’s be honest…
The goal isn’t just to be lighter.
The goal is to look stronger, leaner, and more defined 💯

So don’t panic if the numbers don’t drop fast.
Trust the process.
Focus on progress you can SEE and FEEL 👀

Fat loss > Weight loss every time.
