I offer a small number of private, trauma-informed spaces for women seeking gentle support, emotional safety, and room to breathe.
My work is slow, intentional, and deeply respectful of your pace. Sessions may include Reiki, grounding, and gentle presence, always guided by what feels safe and supportive for you. I don’t rush healing, and I don’t work in a one-size-fits-all way. Each space is held as a quiet sanctuary, shaped around what you need in that moment.

A one-to-one, trauma-informed session offering gentle Reiki, grounding, and space to rest and reconnect.
Available in person or online.
🌿 The Sanctuary of Return (12-Week Journey)
A deeper, private container for women moving through grief, trauma, menopause, or life transition.
This journey weaves together Reiki, gentle support, and consistent care, allowing healing to unfold slowly and safely.
🌿 Ongoing Support
For those who wish to continue, gentle monthly Reiki-based support is available by invitation.

A softly held online space for women seeking connection, reflection, and gentle support.
This is a free community offering shared presence, grounding practices, and a sense of belonging — without pressure or expectation.
