1 2 1 online yoga sessions available:

This is what a practice looks like. Including peeling and serving frozen banana with ice cubes and a bit of partner yoga.
Incidentally I thought I had managed to heal my leg injury on the right side, but after India beat me with a 3 week chest infection, a bit of dysentery and a breakup...I'm back to having to stretch the fascia out before I can get near nose to knee.
You can see the progress of the first forward fold...to getting flat on the leg and flat on the floor in wide leg forward fold.
A key to unlock fascia during yoga practice is alignment in this case pelvic and neck, with both long holds and rebounding the fascia.
If you want to shift blocks in the body or help yourself feel better with conditions or injuries yoga can be a great tool. I'm taking 1 2 1 online bookings for those who want to help themselves. It requires a strong mind and dedication but it works.
I am a qualified Sports massage therapist as well as yoga teacher. So I know what works, theoretically and practically. 10 years teaching yoga and 25 years practicing.

Get in touch if you feel called to work with me.

Morning practice or
Felt heavy and dull when starting practice. Felt heavy and awkward in pincha today. Somedays are like that. But get up and do it anyway. Feeling much better now and I know my body, mind and soul will thank me.
Have a beautiful day 🌞

This morning yoga, been a while since I was upside down on a rope wall.
This pose is great for building mobility and strength at the same time. Strengthening the core and increasing strength and flexibility in the hamstrings, hips, glutes etc.
I finished with a hanging shavasana, which really helped alleviate some heaviness I have been feeling in the lower abdomen/womb area. Felt much lighter and happier afterwards.

Thanks for the awesome rope class. This is where you will find me early am everyday until we leave 🤣

Here's a little snippet of what my slow morning practice looks like on some days.
Actually it's strange but I almost didn't post it, as I was thinking, umm, I gained some weight, tummy is squidgy....we've been travelling, theres been some stress and inconsistency with my routine, so I thought about it and reflected:
I Actually feel great in this body and this squidge doesn't bother me at all, my body fluctuates as a women in each phase of my moon cycle every 28 days, as well as each phase of life...I'm super strong, flexible and healthy, I hike, workout, yoga, meditate, eat well, travel, work and have a kid whom I homeschool. And this body is great.
So, what bothered me really, is only my perception of what other people might think. And still in 2026, we are judged so superficially and dare I say it through a lense crafted by the patriarchy, and the people who want to keep us feeling small and powerless.
So I post it and hope any of my female or male followers who doubt themselves and feel the pressure to shrink to fit what we think others expect of us. Don't! If you are doing your best, that's all that matters. Never shrink yourself for the benefit of an outdated system, which was created to control you.

A few thoughts on meditation:
Today was a bit of me time, which is rare. So while kiddo is with his dad. I took a hike. It's been a while since I got the chance to hike alone and it was wonderful. So I got into the flow surrounded by nature and started experiencing a flow state. It's something I think all kids do naturally and I loved playing with it as a kid.
As a kid, we meditate naturally. I used to love staring out of the bus window, or watching water pour from a waterfall, walking in nature, and just letting the mind pour its stories out, watching them and being totally into the present moment as well as just allowing the mind to do whatever it wants.
And it's strange, because as an adult I was often told to meditate I must make my mind quiet, not move, sit still. Or I hadn't achieved meditation if my mind was day dreaming about this and that.
But in fact that is absolutely not the case. By forcing a state of nothing, it is repressive and controlling and absolutely so far from meditation, in fact you will get zero benefits if you force your mind into a corner.
So try it if you haven't before, by letting the mind do whatever it wants and just watching without effort maybe walking in nature or wherever you feel relaxed. See how energised, fresh and connected to the source you feel afterwards.

I know this works for me at least. I hope it works for you too.

Mini morning practice, while kid is asleep. It's been turbulent times for me lately, so it's always good to get my time to practice. And something that you'll get to know if you practice yoga long enough, is that it will sometimes feel amazing to practice and it sometimes won't. The days it does can make you feel so energised and the days it doesn't, can really bring out some stuff that's been stuck in your mind or your bodies tissues. And quite frankly that is sometimes super shi**y, but if you listen and take action where your being called to in your actions, life or path, and you don't turn a blind eye and call it a bad day. They can be the most important in making your life truly aligned and amazing. Though it might not feel like it at the time.

We've been enjoying the sunshine here in India on a trip which from the beginning didn't work out as expected. And so it feels very serendipitous to have a glorious time swimming and a spontaneous yoga photo in the very spot I took my first yoga photoshoot 10 years ago when I became a teacher.
And never say never, but you won't find me here teaching yoga as before.
So as I close this door, I will enjoy the process of new becomings and the privilege of being in the position to choose where to take our next steps.
So if your reading this, and like me you've been stuck for some time in a life that never really aligned or felt like yours. Be bold, and know it's never to late to begin again.
Some of the best experiences come from being brave and not doing what is expected.
So go be wild and break all the rules (just don't act rushed and blame me for the outcome lol🤣).
Live fully and let's see where this journey leads.

Treatments available from

I am excited to have added reiki to the list of treatments available. Though I was first qualified in 2014, I haven't offered this as a paid service until now.
But I feel it can be of great help. Reiki energy does not harm and can help ease energetical blockages as well as aid healing and general wellbeing.
I offer this as a full body treatment in person.
Or can arrange a distance healing session for a discounted price of £25.

Contact me for more details or to book.
