We are aware that a text message sent yesterday morning regarding appointments was unfortunately was not received by several patients until late last night. We have investigated this further and discovered an error with our server which has subsequently been fixed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
However this error only came to our attention after a post was made on a local Facebook group that used extremely abusive language about the practice and the staff that work here. We would like to remind patients that abusive behaviour, whether that is verbal or written is not tolerated and ongoing abuse of the practice and its staff can lead to a break down in our relationship and a removal from our practice list.
Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the server error.
