Community Mindfulness | Tuesdays 11am–12pm
Community Mindfulness runs every Tuesday from 11am to 12pm and offers a free, weekly opportunity to slow down and care for your wellbeing in a simple, supportive way.
Each session focuses on a different mindful practice, including Chair Yoga, Yoga Flow, Breathwork with Guided Meditation, and Sound Bath. Classes are designed to be accessible and practical, supporting relaxation, clarity, and nervous system regulation.
These sessions are offered as a way to make mindfulness more accessible within the community — a space to pause, reset, and connect with others in a calm, welcoming environment.
All classes are led by Suzanne and are suitable for anyone looking to introduce more balance into their week. Whether you’re new to mindful practices or returning to them, these community classes provide a consistent time to give your mind and body space to rest and recalibrate.
