Join us for a lovely retreat day. 🌷

To celebrate the beginning of spring, we’re going to have a day full of beautiful activities.

Our day is going to begin from a ground meditation and journaling session with me.

Then Kerry is going to guide you through a slow and restorative yin yoga practice.

Our break will be filled with beautiful lunch and matcha bar - where you can choose your matcha flavour: raspberry, pistachio, white chocolate, strawberry and blueberry. Matcha delivered by

After we’ll dive into a beautiful lymphatic drainage facial guided by Meral .gla you’ll be able to take the brushes home.

And we will finish the day with a dreamy sound bath with me.

A vision board isn’t just a creative exercise — it works with your nervous system and subconscious mind.

From a psychological perspective, your subconscious responds to images, emotions, and repetition more than logic alone.

When you consciously choose visuals that reflect what you desire, you begin to gently reprogram familiar patterns, beliefs, and expectations.
Your mind starts recognising safety, possibility, and alignment in those visions.

From a nervous system perspective, creation in a calm, supported environment allows your body to move out of survival mode and into receptivity.
When the nervous system feels regulated, it becomes easier to hold new intentions without fear, self-sabotage, or overwhelm.

In this Vision Board Event, we slow down, ground into the body, and create from a place of presence rather than pressure.
This allows your intentions to land not just in the mind, but in the body and energy field — where real change begins.

This is about conscious creation, embodiment, and aligning your inner world with the life you’re calling in ✨
