Would you like to welcome new year with a refreshing energy and self care?

Join us on the 18th of January for guided Gua Sha facial by .gla - you’ll learn how to massage your face with Gua Sha, using hand made facial oil by Meral. It will be a mindful connection with your skin by using meditation to help your body, mind and spirit.

Later we will have a break for delicious seasonal snacks, hot chocolate and drinks.

We will finish off our session in the most relaxing way with a crystals singing bowl sound bath.

Start: 12pm - 2.30pm

Investment: £45 (£20 deposit required upon booking- the rest can be paid up to 7 days prior to event)
