At THW, raising the bar in reformer standards isn’t just a moment - it’s a mindset. From ongoing education and team training to refining the smallest details in every session, our approach to Reformer Pilates in Glasgow is rooted in quality, consistency, and care for our community 💌

We believe great teaching comes from continuous learning, shared standards, and a culture that supports growth - for our instructors and our community. As the year draws to a close, we had a training session with .russell_pilates so that we can finish stronger and step into the new year even better than before.
