💷 Salary: £24,000 - £27,000
📅 5 over 7 working pattern + on-call rota participation

We're currently looking for a Care Scheduler to join our passionate and growing operational team!
🧠 What You'll Need:
Have sound knowledge and understanding of ACCESS software systems. Our People Planner system is bespoke and assists us to allocate and coordinate all service users visits to ensure continuity for both service users and home support workers.
Great organisational skills and confidence with scheduling technology
Strong communication (written & verbal) and computer literacy (Word & Excel)
Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask, and solve problems efficiently
A professional and caring attitude, with empathy and attention to detail
A drive to go above and beyond, with pride in your work
A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
