At All Together Care Services, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care to those who need it most. As we expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Care Supervisor to help lead our team and maintain our high standards.
🌟 What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting a team of care workers to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
- Creating and reviewing care plans with Service Users and their families.
- Conducting regular supervisions, training, and appraisals.
- Ensuring services meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Acting as the main point of contact for families and clients.
- Liaising with health professionals and external agencies to provide holistic care.
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of care plans and staff development.
✅ What We're Looking For:
✨ Minimum 1 year’s experience in a senior care or supervisory role
✨ NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential).
✨ A strong, supportive leader with excellent communication skills.
✨ Compassionate, organised, and ready to make a difference every day.
✨ Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
