Sign up now for a 6 week block of 'Bereavement & Loss Peer Led Support'.

The purpose of the Bereavement & Loss group is to support our members to manage their feelings when the inevitable triggers occur. Sharing through respect, dignity and mutual empowerment, peer support helps people regain a sense of purpose.

Our waiting lists are now open for the group beginning Wednesday 13th of May.

Sian & Rachael completed conflict resolution training with Cyrenians’ SCCR
They explored how conflict is shaped by factors like brain chemistry, hormones, and development—often influencing reactions before we’ve had time to think.

With thanks to we are delighted to have been awarded CMHWB funds to support our new Younger Persons project. Our worker Sian said "I'm really excited that I'm able to lead on our new YP project. Stepping Stones do a lot of amazing work and it's important to me that young people feel included and supported in everything we do".
