Thankyou to everyone who attended the recent Positive Futures Course in Clydebank💚
We hope that you enjoyed the 6 weeks worth of learning and feel better able to cope with managing anxiety.

Your Invitation to Our Public Consultation.
Due to uncertainty around future mental health service funding, Stepping Stones is holding a public consultation with the WDHSCP, councillors, and stakeholders to discuss concerns and future provision.
Stepping Stones members and West Dunbartonshire residents are invited to attend on Friday 12 June at 1:30pm at Waterfront Parish Church, Clydebank. The event will include an update on the impact of budget cuts and an opportunity to share your views.

The CASEY Project team are recruiting people in the Glasgow/Edinburgh area with lived experience of using a su***de prevention safety plan, either personally or while supporting a friend or family member (not in a professional role).
Participants will attend a short in-person interview to test a mobile safety plan app and give feedback. Sessions are supported by a trained su***de prevention researcher and mental health first aider.
Participants will receive a £30 voucher for taking part.
